Recruiting DirectorI was born in Blackstone, Massachusetts, and raised in San Jose, California. After graduating high school, I joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where I served for 12 years in transmissions, IT, operations, and training. I also spent three years as a Marine recruiter, managing a pipeline of more than 1,000 candidates annually, exceeding recruiting goals by 500%, and coaching fellow recruiters.
Today, I’m a recruiter at Rise North Capital. One of the things I value most about RNC is its camaraderie and close-knit, family feel. It reminds me of the Marines, where people support one another and work toward a shared goal. I bring that same team-first mindset to helping candidates learn about opportunities at RNC and navigate the hiring process.
